Quick Ship Guarantee

Wilson Case, Inc. will fabricate and ship orders in five (5) working days or less for a 10% ($50.00 minimum) expediting fee.   Fee will be assessed on sale price of item(s), excluding freight, and added to total invoice*.

Failure to ship by agreed-upon ship date will void the Expediting Fee.

Wilson Case, Inc. will not be held responsible for late deliveries by UPS, Federal Express, truck lines, or any other transportation service.  Quick-Ship guarantee applies only to the ship date, not the arrival date.

Quick-Ship orders will not be honored without prior approval from an authorized Wilson representative.  Approval is based on quantity involved, availability of materials, and production workload.  All approved Quick-Ship orders will be confirmed in writing.  Verbal agreements will not be honored without written confirmation.

VideoPak and other in-stock cases that do not require the Quick-Ship program for expedited delivery will continue unchanged.

* On items where freight is included in price (FOB: Destination), fee will be assessed on that price, except where buyer agrees to pay expedited shipping, in which case calculated "best-way" shipping will be deducted from sale price before fee is assessed.  Actual expedited shipping cost and Quick-Ship fee will be added to invoice.
